When I first purchased the player, it worked beautifully now for some reason it is not working. When I look on firefox I see the player, but when I click the play button nothing happens. When I look on mobile phone the video player has disappeared.

I also noticed a white frame around the player. How do I get rid of this? I have looked through all of the files and I don't see where I can edit this out.
