No picture on video audio only

There is no video displayed on on the embedded video but the file loads and audio can be heard. The video is an mpeg-4 that plays as it should on my computer.

Dear Patrick,

Please use this online video converter to convert your mp4 files to a web compatible mp4. This should fix the problem.
