I have purchased your videoplayer today, and I've alreaday got a problem.

As soon as I turn the Sh404SEF component ON, the videoplayer can't find it's videofiles, and it show 'No media found'. As soon as I switch Sh404SEF off again, the player works fine!

I would like to have my Sh404SEF switched ON, so I really hope you can help me out if this problem?

You can disable the SEF plugin for Spider Video player in the Sh404SEF settings, or you can give us (to [email protected]) admin access to your site and we'll try to do that for you.
