I've set up my player and uploaded my video to a playlist. I don't see the "insert spider video button" on either posts or pages. I have Wordpress 4.8.

Most probably there is a conflict with your website theme. Could you please try to activate one another theme or WordPress standard theme?

Anoush -- I replied to the email message you sent me. After seeing your screenshot, I'm worried that I won't be able to use Spider Video Player, because I don't use the Wordpress WYSIWYG editor. My editor is set to be text only. Could that be the problem? I'm attaching my screenshot.

Seems the Editor or the Theme you use does not have/support a visual tab, it has only text.

In this case, you can just copy the shortcode [Spider_Video_Player id="1"] and paste on the page by changing the ID every time. The IDs you can see in the created videos page.
