Hello,
I just bought the new version of spider video player. I'm on Joomla 3.5.1. When I want to insert a video by selecting the type "HTTP", it does not work for all modes. When I click on "insert" after having clicked on "select video", create a new folder and upload a video, nothing happens. I stay on the same page. I noticed compared to the old version of spideo video palyer that losque I clicked on "select video" pop-up opening. There it replaces the current page.
Incompatibility with the new vesrion Joomla? For the template, I'm on a premium template that is Joomlart JA Plato.
Do you have a soulution for the insert button works?

I've got the same problem.
Does look like your screenshot, Denis. The video insert frame ist not "windowed" like in Spider Video Player Demo. The Insert button doesn't work.

Do I get the solution here, or do I have to open a support ticket also?

Runs on:

PHP Server - Debian 3.16.7-ckt20-1+deb8u4 (2016-02-29) x86_64

Database - 5.5.47-0+deb8u1

PHP Version - 5.6.20

PHP-Interface - cgi-fcgi

Webserver - Apache

Joomla 3.5.1 stable

Webbrowser I use Firefox

I was having the same problem so I followed your instructions and installed the latest free download. Not only do I not have the full version any more, it deleted all my videos, which I now have to spend hours uploading again. I'd like to get a working full version for 3x that I paid for.

Looks like you have uninstalled the extension before installing latest free. That is why the videos where deleted. Is your subscription period over, and that is why you installed the free version? If so, please contact our team using the form on this page .

Also please send the transaction ID of your Spider Video Player purchase. We will send you a fixed version as soon as possible.
