I am trying to add a facebook activity feed to the footer of my site, and I get the plugin to show but it shows " No recent activity to show". I am not not sure where I am going wrong.

Is it in the facebook app settings? If it is, it won't let add the facebook page to the url as displayed in the second picture

Did you make sure to enter the APP ID and APP Secret code to the plugins settings? You can find those in your app at developers.facebook.com.
