I paid for premium about two years ago so any support / up dates are invalid. I have issues with this current plugin with the error shown below:

JavaScript error on your site "Uncaught ReferenceError: spider_contacts_plugin_url is not defined

My question is, will I need an upgrade sort this problem out? If so, would I have to pay for an upgrade or can this issue be solved without an upgrade?

We will fix this for you without an upgrade, since it is an issue within the plugin. Most probably a conflict with your website theme.
