Hello, I'm getting this error and only on the actual contact page its showing a gap in my module. Additionally in the back end contact part its adding extra lines no matter what I do.

Could we suggest to re-install the extension again, please?
pay attention to install the same version. And then update it to the very last one.
That shall fix the issues.

Still same problem in back end with extra lines with your installed information no changes. On the front end issue it is only appearing after I choose in the back end under you global options to disable "Enable/Disable Opportunity to Send a Message"
