How can I display all contents in one page without pagination ?

I don''t think I have been clear.

I have a page to display the contact like in the demo : demo.web-dorado.com/spider-contacts.html

When I add many contacts, the content is displaying in another page with pagination.

What I whant is to get rid of the pagination and permit it in one pages.

Is there a way to do it through the URL like : index.php?count_rows=99 (for exemple) ?
