Hello,

in our installation of spider contacts the users receive messages by email. But also all messages are stored in the Joomla! Backend.

But for reasons of priviacy the messages should be saved in the Joomla! backend, because the messages contrain personal data the administrator should not get access to!

How can we setup Spidercontacts, that the messages are not saved?

You can Enable/Disable Opportunity to Send a Message from the option of Spider Contacts. Please go to Spider Contacts > Options > Message Options > Enable/Disable Opportunity to Send a Message . Please check the attached file.

The feature to send messages should be enabled! But the problem is, the messages should be private and the Joomla! Administrator are not allowed to read the personal messages of the contacts.

If the messages to a person can be read from every joomla! administrator, is against the law.
