Thanks for posting your question!
You can translate the frontend of the extension the following way.

Please create [lang code].com_spidercontacts.ini file for your website language, and upload it to /language directory of your Joomla website. It needs to be the translation of its English version, en-GB.com_spidercontacts.ini, which is included in the product package.
