We've installed this on a site using a Genesis child theme. None of the possible layouts are responsive. I've made a test page with the various layout choices on it:

www.conservativewebdesign.com/test-menu/

I've tried it with a default WordPress theme and with the default Genesis theme and neither helps.

I've been through the CSS of our theme looking for anything that might conflict, but did not find anything that helped.

I also tried Automatic Responsive Tables and Magic Liquidizer Responsive Table plugins, neither of which did anything.

Any assistance you can give would be appreciated.

Could you please add the following code to style.css file or custom CSS editor of your website theme? It will resolve the problem of the catalog not taking the width of your container.

#productMainDiv {
   margin-left: 0 !important;
   margin-right: 0 !important;    
}

It stays within the container now, but it does not become responsive when made smaller.
