Simon, we should adjust our plugin code for being able to work with 3-rd party short-codes.

To customize the code we need to have full admin access to your website. Please send us the credentials at [email protected] and also please do mention this forum post URL in the subject line of your email.

I'm having the same issue. I'm using workarounds but the client doesn't code so it won't help him. Please keep me posted on this. I want this plugin to be a staple in our builds

If you also want to have a 3-rd party short-code be able to work in product description, then you should also write us at [email protected] and provide full admin access for us to be able to get it done for you.

Your client won't need to have have coding skills for being able to work with it in the future.

However please be aware that what you require is not a standard functionality of such a plugin like our catalog, that's why we don't have general solution and customise for the clients who require it for some specific needs.
