I have installed the Spider Catalog and am able to do everything with the exception of upload the photos.

Any ideas on what may cause the photo upload to fail?

Please set for parameter "Default Editor" (on Global Configuration->Site ) value "Editor TinyMCE". If the problem is not solved, please give us (to email [email protected]) a temporary admin user account to your site, and we will try to help you to solve the problem.

I also just installed Spider Catalog in WordPress and cannot upload photos. I can add them to the product description, but not to show up as a thumbnail.

I do not know where to set up the Default Editor as Editor TinyMCE in WordPress.

The issue with TinyMCE is about the Joomla version of Spider Joomla Catalog .

Please give us a temporary admin user account to your site, and we will try to find out the problem as soon as possible.

Please try opening catalog back end (admin) using another browser. The problem can be connected with an old browser.

The only browser that worked was Google Chrome. Neither Internet Explorer 9.0 or Firefox 15.0 worked.
