I recently purchsed your full version and having installed it on a wordpress platform the thumbnail images appear, however, when clicked they do not enlarge but rather a small window opens with the error message "This content failed to load".

Can you please help and point me in the right direction?

Looks like Spider Catalog is currently deactivated on your website. However, I am thinking, that there might be a Javascript functionality issue related to images. Or perhaps full size images are not generated properly.
