Why does the renewing license on your web site take me to purchasing and downloading the calendar all over again. I don't want to do a clean install and loose my data. I just want to be sure to keep the license current for any upgrades, etc. Renewal and purchase should not be the same!

Hi Steven! Thanks for your question!

Firstly, we apologize for not responding you earlier. Our support forum was having technical difficulties.

Please note, that this process does not affect Spider Calendar data. After you purchase and download the latest update, you need to deactivate and delete current version of the plugin, then install the downloaded .zip. This action will not remove any of your Spider Calendar data.
