Hello Gil! Thank you for posting your request!

Unfortunately Spider Calendar does not have the functionality to notify users when an event has been added.

But instead, Event Calendar WD Pro with its Subscribe add-on have this feature. Users can subscribe to the calendar and receive notifications about new events.
