There is a Javascript error triggered when trying to open a popup. Therefore this could be a conflict with your website theme.

Could you please open a support ticket by sending an e-mail to [email protected]? Kindly give temporary admin access to your website, so our developers can take a look at the problem and figure out a solution.

As I have seen in the conversation with my colleague, the popup issue with Spider Calendar has been resolved. So in case you are not facing any others, and you are in a hurry, you are welcome to use Spider Calendar.

Also, looks like you have purchased the pro version of Spider Calendar. Although it is Drupal version, but I will check this with our sales department and they will change your product to Spider Calendar for WordPress.

I thought Drupal was the name of the company that made the Spider Calendar. That is why I chose it. Yes, please. Could I either get the upgrade or a refund? I'm old in age and new to all this stuff. Please let me know. I'm sure they (sales department) knows how to go into my account and delete the Drupal one and put in the right one, probably.

I am happy to inform you, that your product has been changed to WordPress Spider Calendar. Please deactivate and delete the lite version you have installed (you can do that from Plugins page of your WordPress admin). Afterwards install Spider Calendar Pro.

This way the previously created events will be kept safely. Please let me know in case you have other questions.
