Is the only option to create events in WordPress admin panel? I will have a lot of events to enter in one day so I obviously want it to be as easy and quick as possible. Is there some external software I can use to make the job easier?

Unfortunately Spider Calendar does not have syncing functionality, but our new calendar plugin, Event Calendar WD ( wpdemo.web-dorado.com/event-calendar-wd/ ) will have an add-on with those features.

It will be available for the Pro version of the plugin and will be released in about a month.
