Is there a setting somewhere for the calendar widget to restrict the display of events to current day forward only? I am using it in the sidebar at www.picmobert.ca and it is showing expired events from two weeks ago.

Unfortunately Spider Calendar does not have the mentioned functionality. However, you can unpublish the events manually from website dashboard. The events will not be visible on the published calendar afterwards.
