I have purchased the Pro version. I have tried applying the themes to the calendar and no matter what the calendar stays unthemed. The only difference I can make is when I edit the width of the calendar by changing the theme parameters. I have attached a screenshot of the calendar view.
I have never used the non-free version nor has it been installed.

The only code/text on the page is what the "Insert Spider Calendar" button added:

The most probably there is a javascript conflict in your website.

Can you please try to switch another website theme and check the calendar again?

Maybe your theme overwrites our styles.

You can also provide us full admin access to your website and our developers will check and solve your issue.

To solve your issue we need to edit our plugin files, I have just asked you to send us FULL admin details for being able to adjust the files.

Hi again. I will not be able to send FTP login information so I am afraid your great calendar plugin will not work with my website. At this time I request a refund.

We just need to edit our plugin files, with the admin access you provided we cannot do the editing.

Instead of FTP access you can provide just a FULL admin access. If this is also not possible please just give me a chance to check with our developer maybe we can send you a custom version.
