User from front end can create but not publish

I can a set it so I can publish from the front end? Is this a user setting? I am super user and can not seem to make it work with my log.

Please follow the steps in this guide to successfully install the plugin: web-dorado.com/spider-calendar-guide-step-1.html

If you still have problems, please give us a link (to [email protected]) to your site and temporary admin user account, and we will try to find out the problem as soon as possible.
