I would like to remove the "All Categories" category from my theme, but it does not show up in the category list nor the configuration parameters. It seems really redundant having it there, and takes up unnecessary space that I would like to use for something else.

Also, I'm having an issue where the categories show up under the widget even though I have it selected to be turned off under the widget options. I am using the pro version for my site.
