I am having some difficulty getting my text layer center aligned in both mobile and desktop

When I flip my mobile from portrait to landscape the layers are ranged left until I refresh my browser. If I untick the dimensions tick box it nearly works but the layers are pushed to the left.

Is it a template css issue or am I doing something worng

Could you please clear the cache and recheck one more time?
