I have Slider WD on almost all of our product pages on our website (one of which is here fieldofviewllc.com/geosnap-express ) and I am able to click or swipe through the images in the slider just fine on the computer or on an iPad, but when I try to swipe or click through on my Android phone, or an iPhone, I am unable to and it just stays stuck on the first image.

I just realized this got posted in Slider WD under Joomla. To clarify, I am using Slider WD with WordPress. Sorry for the confusion!

Could you please go to Slider > Settings > Navigation > Touch swipe navigation > Yes. Please make sure that the option is turned on.

Thanks for your response! I do have that option enabled and, as I mentioned in my original post, the touch swipe is working fine on an iPad and a computer, just not on Android phones or iPhones.

Do you have any other ideas of what may be causing the problem?
