I just bought your starter package and am having trouble
installing the plugins. The WD Manager installed but will not install
any plugins, it just shows a red X and returns to the install
selection screen. I have uninstalled the demo version of Slider WD
using the supplied tool with no luck. No other plugin will install
either. I can not download them from the my products page either as
there is no active link to a downloadable file. After just spending
$100 I am pretty disappointed. Please advise ASAP or I will ask for a
refund. Thanks
