Our development team has found the cause of the issue that you are facing. Your slider on homepage is in a container with the following attributes:

<div class="slides" style="background-image: url(""); float: none; list-style: outside none none; position: absolute; width: 1349px; z-index: 50; display: block; height: 162px;">

And this container is the reason the slider blinks to white. If you put the slider outside of this container, the problem will be resolved.
