recently bought the WD slider, installed on my site, but it did not work, is just carrying infinitely. I've tried uninstalling and installing, but nothing works!

I found another problem. When active the plugin it misaligns my icons as you can see in the attached image. I have time to deliver the ready site, the plugin is not working, I'm not happy with my purchase! I need to solve these problems or my money back.
