Unfortunately the mentioned functionality is not yet available. But if you need to move your website, please export your sliders from your development environment and import them after you transfer it to your live site.

If you were asking how to enable the functionality of adding images from WordPress Media Library, please open your slider, go to Settings tab and set Turn SliderWD Media Upload to No. What we thought you've asked was how to use relative URLs of images instead of absolute ones, which is a different functionality.
