Please note, that adding the font-family to the font dropdown requires customization. But if you need to use it on your sliders, you can add a CSS code and change it that way.

You will need to include the font family into your theme's style.css file, where also you can write the additional CSS for Slider WD.

Here's how you should include the font:

@font-face {
    font-family: fontTitle;
    src: url('full-font-file-source.woff');
}

Please open /slider-wd/admin/views/WDSViewSliders_wds.php file from your website and scroll down to around line 215. You will see the following code there:

What happens when you update WD Slider?

It is the second time that I contact the Web-Dorado support for issues about the WD Slider product that I paid $30. Both times, you provided workarounds that are fit for non-professional use of your slider. They work but require that I modify your code.

However, for the fee I paid, I expect professional solutions, i.e. long term solutions, that only require to download a patch / new version of the solution that will be forward compatible with future versions.

I own free plugins which implement this method. Since I paid for your plugin, I in fact expect a service that is at least on par with that of free plugins.

Please let me know your thoughts as the method you suggest does not suit my needs.

Sometimes you still need to play around CSS, especially when you need to meet special standards.
We would love to add the following points of yours to our suggestion list, so that our Pro users would have these features in the options. But again, you can not have all and every option possible when speaking about personal CSS customization within the theme. In this case the issue is not coming from the plugin itself but rather requires customization and optimization with a theme, which obviously was in your case.
