Probably daft question - so apologies straight off!!

Say I have a slide set to full width, with settings as shown on the enclosed screengrab.


What X position would I choose under the add image option to centre to image

To display the layer on the center of your slider please set the X of layer's position to the result of [slider width] - [layer width].

Sorry to be a pain but I cannot get that to work - see here for test page and look at logo not text (text I have centred by eye): radialpoint.users40.interdns.co.uk/home/home-hero-menu/

My slider width is 1140px (x 400px high), my logo is 113px wide, if I take 1140px from 113px I get an x value of 1027 and as can be seen, this is almost off the page

Could you let me know what I've done wrong

Please forgive the confusion from us, the correct way would be [slider width]/2 - [layer width]/2, instead of the previously suggested one.

So in your case it would be 1140/2 - 113/2 = 513.5, which can be rounded to 514.
