Firstly, please be informed, that you can check your plugin's version number from the Plugins page of your website's WordPress admin panel.

Secondly, please see the attachment. There is a bar on the very top of the website, where you can see My Products / Payments / Edit Profile links.

It has nothing to do with my caching:
Try to go inside ../forum/* 2-3-4-5 number of times
and then via menu,s back out under WP
then you sometimes having a ,,lock up,,
