I would like to know if is it possible to customize links in the "post navigation" ... in particular I need to change the "All" link that redirect pages to http://<my_site>/index.php/bwg_album/all/ to http://<my_site>/index.php/<my-personal-page.php>

Unfortunately Photo Gallery does not have this functionality. However, we'd love to develop this feature for further versions of the plugin. Could you please add your suggestion to our Submit your idea page?
