Apostrophe in filename can wipe all images

This issue has happened several times now.
If an editor creates a folder with and apostrophe in the folder name - or file name. On the next deletion of a file, almost the entire photo-gallery folder contents will get wiped. I have tested this now and can see this is repeatable. Folder paths are not escaped in the program

Sorry if I'm prying again. You will has always problems with file and directory names if you allow all characters. You should only allow A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and - and _.
