I am using commercial version of the plugin. Currently I've got 2.2.93. On the site I see that 2.2.94 is available but I don't get the notifications. It was the same since many versions. The same problem is also available for my commercial Portfolio Gallery theme. The other plugins got their notifications as usual.

Thanks for your inquiry.

In reality by default WordPress shows plugin updates only for the free versions.

But we have a developed a way to show our updates like shown in the attached file.

It doesn't show the update sign now because we update the plugin often fixing even smallest issues, but don't want to bother our users and hint about each update, that's why we just show the sign after each major update like every 2 weeks.
