I am using the commercial version of the Photo gallery plugin on multilanguage website. I am also using Polylang plugin. Is it possible to translate the description of every image in my galleries or is it possible to connect galleries somehow so the english version of the gallery to be displayed when you look the post in english and respectively in other languages?

Unfortunately the galleries cannot be translated the mentioned way. Here's what you can do instead.

You can create two galleries with the same images, one for each language. Then add the corresponding title and description to the pictures.
