Black background behind video player in IE 11

I've been putting

background-color:#FFF !important
inside of every class and id that seems possibly relevant - but still can't get the color to change. Any ideas? Thanks!

Sorry - I forgot to say the player can be seen by clicking on the green "Read Along" button on the left side. I hope that helps :)
