Sending e-mail to Postmaster is going correctly.

But the information is not going to the User.


What do I do?

First of all please check if you have checked the field "Send mail to submitter".You can see it in marked in attached image. Also check if the users get the information trying yourself other email addresses. Probably the issue is connected with their email addresses.
