I am able to have the form set up to send me a confirmation email when submitted but i would also like for the end user to receive a confirmation email. is this a possibility. Also i have a field that has a bunch of names. ideally i would like for a name to be selected and when the form is submitted it goes to that user only and not all users.

To have the submitter receive the submitted email you must check the Send mail to submitter checkbox while editing the email field.

We can customize that so you would be able to select a name tied to an email address and the mail will be sent to that user's email address after the form submission.
