I get the following error after updating to version Formmaker 3.6.12:
1054 Unknown column 'label_order_current' in 'field list'

Can't save the form en can't use form options.
also errors on frontend when sendign form. say's "empty form, nothing send"

Most probably the version you have, it was a very old version. Could we take a look the issue from the backend area of your website?

I already restored a backup of my site to recreate the old (working) situation. So i have to make a testsite to simulate the problem.
The version i used of formmaker was version 3.6.12 and i downloaded it this morning from your website in myaccount. Is this an old version?
