Not receiving contact form submissions

We are not receiving email submissions via our contact form at ParrotFunZone.com Additionally, no confirmation message pops up after the submit button is clicked and the submissions do not register on the submission list in the admin panel.

We have verified it is not an issue with our email box. Please assist us in resolving this issue.

Dear Teresa,

Thanks for your post :)

Firstly please make sure the email is not filtered to spam or junk folder of your email account. You can also try one of the following workarounds:

1. Try using another email address for From Email and Email to Send Submissions To options.
2. Perhaps your hosting does not have Sendmail enabled, which is required for mailing functions to work. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check this.
3. Alternatively, you can use SMTP, which will most probably resolve the problem.

Please go to Global Configurations > Server and set Mailer to SMTP from Mail Settings section. Setting an external SMTP server, such as GMail should work. However GMail requires authentication. Please find the necessary details for SMTP setup below.

Mailer: smtp
SMTP Authentication: yes
SMTP Security: SSL
SMTP Port: 465
SMTP Username: your gmail full address
SMTP Password: your gmail password
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com

Hi Anoush,

1) Messages are not being filtered to spam or junk. They are not even registering in the FormMaker admin panel.
2) We have tried alternate email addresses
3) We previously received email from this form and no settings were altered since it stopped working
4) Test emails sent thru the Joomla Mail Settings interface as well as other sources are being received. The issue is isolated to the FormMaker contact form at this point.
5) We use pHp Mail for all of our other sites using FormMaker.

In this case may we have a look into the issue from admin area of your website? You can send us the login information privately using this form. . Also make sure to indicate the link to this forum thread in your message.
