In Wordpress the responsiveness is also dependent to somewhat like Bootstrap as of My Site , but I think you have not encrypted the plugin configuration perfectly. Try to check it on browsers by minimizing and maximizing the browsers windows. I hope its a bug in the plugin.

Hi Sarah. The form I created is wide when viewing on the desktop. Which is normal. When shrinking the size of the browser, the form does not conform and change. It remains the same. When viewing on a mobile device, the form does not take shape in size for all fields to be used. How do I fix this?

When you do some manual coding in any responsive website its not function properly on any mobile device, I was facing same issue on my website, I created login form with php coding and my already built responsive site crashed finally i hired web design company service
