My forms works fine on chrome and firefox but they don't display on Explorer 11. The pages of the site without forms work well on explorer 11.

The porblem only appears when there is a "upload file" button in the form.

That's very strange, could we please take a look in any case? This seems like a Javascript conflict, since the reason you cannot see the form, is that the loader screen does not hide after the page is loaded.
