Is it possible to create forms for registered users where they can create their form "account" and go in and out before submitting? I am creating a new program for grant applications and need to allow teams to create the application over a period of time before they actually submit.

Could you please let us know if you have Joomla version of Form Maker or WordPress? Unfortunately Joomla Form Maker does not have this functionality, but WordPress Form Maker has
Save Progress add-on,
which can help you achieve that.
