I tested the contact form in this site:

The email is sent but the Send to Yourself does not send an email when sent.
Can you please look into this?
WE are ready to release, but this functionality has to work.

You can try submitting a test, the email will be send to me.

Thanks for your inquiry.

Olympia, please enter form options > email options > Email to user

Here please make sure that for Send to option you have marked Your E-mail address, like shown in the screenshot.
