I'm having problems creating a gallery.

If I just create a new gallery and input just the title an hit save, I have an inifite loading screen. Nothing else happens.
If I manually reload the page and add images to the gallery, which was created before with the infinite load screen, I receive the following Javascript error messages:

TypeError: jQuery(...).sortable is not a function
jQuery("#tbody_arr").sortable({
