Unfortunately, Photo Gallery does not have such a tool for importing images from Gmedia. But please be informed that it is possible to import images from Media Library. Also, you can zip those files and upload in the File Manager of Photo Galleries. There is a way also for FTP. You can move the uploaded images folder using FTP access then try to create the thumbnails and albums.
