I use Gallery WD for a Joomla site with its different components.
For the module "Tags cloud", I can change the size of the place of the module but not the size of the thumbnails for each tag.
I wonder if it's possible to change the size of the thumbnails ?

Unfortunately Tag Cloud module of Gallery WD extension does not have options to change the thumbnail dimensions. Hopefully the absence of this feature is not a big problem for you.
