I've problem with Watermark. I use Joomla 3.6.5
All work fine, but watermark not show.
I check "Select all" and click "reset" and "Select all" and "Set Watermark", but not work.

Thank you for letting us know about this issue!

Could you please check the gallery from frontend and see if the watermark is visible from there? Also, if Joomla cache is enabled on your website, it could be conflicting with the watermark. Please make sure to switch it off before applying watermark to your images.

You can turn off the cache from Global Configurations > System.

I can confirm this issue with joomla 3.6.5..
The images were freshly uploaded so that the cache can not be involved.
Nevertheless i cleared the cache and the problem persist.

Just tested today with the actual download version, the issue is still not fixed.
Giving temporary Super User access is not an option. If i can support you in other ways just let me know.

Could you please check Global Configurations of your Joomla site, and make sure cache is disabled? Its settings are under System tab. Let us know if this works.

Hi Agapi, as mentioned in #79611 this is not a caching issue. To be sure i disabled the cache in the global settings and cleared cache & cookies without having watermarks afterwards.

I just figured out that that only the png format is effected, after convertion to jpg i was able to set the watermark.

I just checked a few forums, looks like there's something in PNG images, which doesn't let placing watermarks on them. Hope you don't mind having JPG images so you can add watermarks.
