Is there a tutorial somewhere that shows me what files I need to to edit in order to create a new layout for a Masonry gallery?

If not, can you tell me which files I need to specifically override?

I have a client that wants a specific layout view. I am assuming that we can do a layout override.

You can find masonry layout file by entering photo-gallery>frontend>views

Here you'll see the file BWGViewAlbum_masonry_preview.php

Hope you'll get your desired layout.

I do not see this file or directory anywhere.

I'm using Gallery WD v1.3.6 with Joomla.

I do see the file:

album_masonry_preview.php

in the directory:

components>com_gallery_wd>views>gallery_wd>tmpl>album_masonry_preview.php

Also in the same directory:

thumbnails_masonry.php

Are these the correct files to edit for a layout override?

Hi Joe, I am sorry I thought you use WordPress.

Joomla files are the following.

In component

\components\com_gallery_wd\views\gallery_wd\tmpl/thumbnails_masonry.php

In plugin

\plugins\content\loadgallery_wd\loadgallery_wd.php

If you want to make the changes in plugin, then in the above file search for thumbnails_masonry($bwg) and make the changes there.
